Comparing evaluation frameworks

I’m thinking about how to share a quick evaluation framework without specific results at the moment. Should I ask if the user wants me to pull an official shortlist and statistics, which would need web access? It might be good to get approval for that. I also want to respond in Chinese with bullet points and offer a compact analysis for each manager with stylistic notes. Let's proceed with that approach!
